The Basic (Free Forever) account is your starting point with Ezytask, providing access to all features but with a limit on tasks. You can manage tasks by deleting them individually or in bulk when marked as Done, ensuring continuous use of Ezytask

Is the "Free Forever" account really free?

Yes, the Basic (Free Forever) plan is completely free with no hidden fees. We hope you enjoy using it and share it with your friends!

What should I do if I reach the 100-task limit on the free account?

Once you reach the 100-task limit on the free account, you'll need to make room by managing your tasks. You can bulk delete tasks marked as Done or remove them individually. We recommend marking tasks as Done before deleting them, as seeing completed tasks can be quite satisfying and motivating. The free account is designed to be flexible, allowing you to continue using it by either deleting tasks one by one or in bulk.

What makes Ezytask unique?

Ezytask stands out as the only To Do List that utilizes a grid layout. This design is not only familiar to many from spreadsheets but also incredibly intuitive. The grid format provides clear, comprehensive visibility of your entire schedule, making task management more efficient and effective.

Does Ezytask let me set alarms?

Ezytask doesn't use alarms. Instead, it focuses on having you log in and stay logged in throughout the day, where you'll see a visual reminder of your tasks. We believe alarms can be disruptive and often end up being turned off or muted, which undermines their purpose. By logging in daily, you maintain a consistent routine and stay motivated to complete your tasks.
